Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Blackstone ships products worldwide using UPS services

• Regular ground shipping to US and Canada takes approx 7 to 10 business days, from the date your order is received

• Shipping rates depend upon the service chosen during checkout

• FREE regular ground shipping for online orders over $150.00 to US and Canada only

Returns Policy:

• ALL returns must be made with a Return Authorization number, which can be obtained by calling the Blackstone Sports Customer Service department at 1-800-405-3433

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt

• There will be a 20% Re-stocking fee on all returns. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable)

• All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit.

• Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer

• Authorized refunds will be credited in the same manner that the original payment was made

• Items that have been used are non-refundable
